• Suggested page structure includes: Home, About, Services/Products, Gallery/Portfolio, and Contact.

Home Page Features

• Professionally designed homepage with up to two rotating banner images.
• Two clear call-to-action (CTA) sections to help drive conversions and guide user behavior.

Contact Page Integration

• Custom contact page with a user-friendly enquiry form.
• Display of your business contact information and an embedded Google Map (optional).

The following items are optional and can be added if required:

Content Creation

Our content writers can assist in creating web content for the new website. The cost to do this is £75 per page.

Website Maintenance

The setup cost quoted above is only for the design and set-up of a Responsive WordPress CMS website that you can manage and update internally.

Should you require assistance updating content and images, this is charged separately at £60 per hour.

WordPress Software Updates

As with any software, WordPress and the plugins used must be updated regularly to ensure the security and longevity of the website.

We strongly recommend that this be done regularly. The options available are:

• Monthly Updates – 30 minutes at £30 (hourly rate of £60)
• Quarterly Updates – 2 hours at £60 per hour

Website and Email Transfer Fee (if applicable):

Assistance in transferring website content and syncing emails is charged at £60 per hour. The time required will depend on the number of email accounts that have to be synced. Below is a breakdown of estimated times:

• Migration of website – 1 hour
• Email sync – 30 minutes per account

Training & Support

• Website management training is not included in the base package but can be arranged at an additional cost.

Theme Customization

• The selected theme includes basic branding setup (logo, colors, fonts).
• Additional color or layout changes beyond the theme’s standard settings may incur extra charges.

Page Limit & Expansion

• The package includes five standard web pages.
• Additional pages can be quoted and added at a separate rate.

Content & Media

• Clients are responsible for supplying all text content and images in digital format.
• Content writing and image sourcing can be quoted as optional extras.

Theme Licensing

• If a premium theme license is required for your chosen design, this cost will be billed separately.

SEO Services

• On-page SEO optimization (meta tags, alt text, etc.) is not included but can be added as an optional service.

Social Media

• Social media setup or account integration is excluded from the base package.
